We can help specify the right passive fire product from all the leading manufacturers including Promat, TBA Firefly, Trafalgar, Knauf, CSR, Hilti and Boral.

We only sell passive fire products that are fully tested and approved and meet all of the relevant building standards.

A1 Managed Certifications

Design, installation and certification of passive fire systems is a crucial part of any project.

Yet implementation is often haphazard, left in the hands of numerous sub-contractors who may not have proper training and treat the process as an afterthought.

That’s why we developed Managed Certification — a more efficient process that saves builders and developers time and hassle, and eliminates certification rejections that causes cost overruns.

The result is a streamlined process that prevents unnecessary rectification work and saves money.

Design

Our licensed Certifiers work with the architects and fire engineers to ensure the building design and specification — including fire-sealing, sprays and paints — adheres to relevant BCA regulations and Australian standards and is specified to the lowest possible cost;

Construction

Construction. Rather than bring in certifiers to inspect the day before settlement, our licensed and accredited staff oversee construction-in-progress to minimise the need for urgent, last-minute rectification and expensive overtime; Paperwork.

To avoid having a dozen contractors individually complete the Form 16s and penetration register required for building sign-off, we manage the compliance process.

Our certifiers and admin team liaise with your contractors and review all paperwork to ensure its all ready and correctly completed.

This avoids the last minute rush and the high probability of delays and failed certification at the time of inspection
